Chinese domestic iron ore production is set to expand 1% year-on-year in 2025, according to a note from BMI, a Fitch Solutions company, which didn’t provide a tonnage figure. CISA released a plan in March 2022 for local output to climb to 370 million tons by this year, BMI wrote.
